About Tina

Tina is a licensed social worker and mental health counsellor in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, she has worked with refugees, sex workers, migrant domestic workers, and juvenile prisoners.

Tina adopts a systemic, collaborative, strength-based approach that is mindful of cultural, ethnic, and economic concerns. She firmly believes in the resilience and inner strength of her clients and sees herself as a supportive companion on their journey toward healing and personal growth. 

Tina is bilingual and can conduct assessments and therapy in English and Cantonese.
