About Kelvin

Problems play a significant part of our individual lives. Problems and how they are perceived are often internalized which can negatively affect an individual’s view of themselves. Low self-image creates feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, and consequent inability to cope. But life is beautiful and significant. Through the counselling process, I hope to cooperate with clients to discover their unique life stories and therefore find the meaning of life on their own terms. We will also discover an individual’s personalized coping resources and strategies to strongly face life’s tasks and challenges.

I am always dedicated to working with you not only in facing your problems but also going through them successfully. My approach is Adlerian, encouraging, humanistic and goal-oriented. I would also use different skills and techniques in the session, such as play therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and sand tray.
