About Rocken

I would like to team up with you so we can get through the obstacles in life together. Going through the ups and downs can be rough but I will be there with you. My approach is person-centred, warm and collaborative. Although I work with all age groups, I especially enjoy working with children, teens and young adults. I utilize creative and expressive techniques in sessions such as narrative therapy, interactive drawing therapy, sand tray, and play therapy. My hope is that through the counselling process, my clients will develop a stronger sense of self, have more confidence, and learn new ways to cope effectively with life’s challenges. I welcome parents of young children to be a part of this journey as we help our kids towards greater emotional and psychological well-being.
