Derek Ma
Derek Ma is the Founder and Managing Director at Meridian Learning Ltd, a Hong Kong-based corporate training and executive coaching service provider. Since 2011, Derek has been involved with talent maximisation through executive coaching and has participated in organisational transformation and leadership consulting to senior and key teams. Derek has worked as an Executive Coach and trainer with management consulting firms, global entertainment providers, government entities, logistics providers, manufacturers, universities, and non-profit organizations, of which Derek brings over 10 years of experience.
Derek is an accomplished public speaker and speaking coach, with his most recent engagements at Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ICF Hong Kong, and the Men’s Fellowship. Derek currently sits on the ICF Hong Kong Executive Board, overseeing community engagement. Internationally, Derek is also an Associate of Waverley Learning UK and is exclusively assigned as a management trainer at Kearney, a global management consulting firm. Derek is an ICF “Accredited Certified Coach” by the International Coaching Federation and is a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Derek also holds a Masters of Divinity (Hons) from Western Seminary.
